Chestnut Ridge combines a private mountain setting, thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, and professional planning support. The property was created to keep the entire wedding day connected, comfortable, and easy to navigate.
Every wedding includes full-day property access, five ceremony and reception spaces, two private getting-ready suites, tables, chairs, linens, custom lighting, spatial layout planning, and access to our boutique décor collection of more than 3,500 pieces.
Our team handles setup and remains on-site throughout the celebration.

Event Management is designed for couples who want to plan their wedding while having a professional team manage the final details and wedding-day execution.

What is included in the Venue + Planning package?
Venue + Planning includes everything in Event Management, plus ongoing professional planning support.
Your planner provides tailored vendor recommendations, design consultations, full vendor coordination, floral design meeting attendance, complete wedding-day oversight, and custom chalkboard calligraphy.
A venue coordinator primarily manages the property and venue requirements. Your Chestnut Ridge planner helps guide the wedding itself.
She works with you on vendor decisions, design, logistics, timelines, and communication so the complete celebration comes together as one organized plan.
Venue + Planning couples receive ongoing planning support throughout the process.
Event Management vendor coordination begins four months before the wedding, followed by final detail management and complete wedding-day execution.
